At Syrup and Eggs, we take great care in where we source our ingredients, how we prepare those ingredients, and how we serve them. The eggs in your Serious B.S. (Biscuit Sandwich) are local. The syrup you put on your Orange You Glad it’s a Poppy Seed Pancake is 100% Maple Syrup. The ground pork in the Sausage Gravy is from Main Street Meats. New Wave Coffee locally roasts and sustainably sources their beans for all of our coffee beverages. In addition to our dedication with ingredients, we try to limit waste and compost all those egg shells and coffee grounds and get them to local farms. Vegan, Gluten Free, or Vegetarian? - this is your breakfast heaven. The sun-lit ambience is light hearted and casual (but you’ll feel right at home in your brunch-y best too!).
